We are located between Val Serina and Val Brembana a little higher than the charming liberty village of San Pellegrino Terme. The Villa can be reached via a private road and enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view of the beautiful Orobic Alps. It is built on two levels and all surrounded by a beautifully planted and well-kept garden. The construction is aesthetically unique and original. The entrance located in a cylindrical body leads, through a corridor with a view, to the main body where a walkway with a panoramic view leads to the secondary body. The interior finishes of excellent quality and high quality range from the polished stone used for corridors, stairs and entrances to precious and rare parquet floors in the bedrooms and partially in the bathrooms where there are also exclusive ceramics. Like any mountain house there is a fireplace. There are four of them all working and ready to warm the atmosphere and make this solution even more welcoming. On the mezzanine floor we have the entrance, a corridor with a view that leads to the main body consisting of a huge living room with billiards, dining area and a beautiful large kitchen with a large patio where you can have lunch and dinner on beautiful summer evenings. Through a walkway with a very suggestive view you reach the secondary body which houses a large bedroom with bathroom connected to the floor below by a spiral staircase. Going down we find three more bedrooms with two bathrooms and a closet. On the lower floor of the main building there is a large tavern also accessible from the outside. All around a well-kept and planted garden and a little further down the garage area.
